Bank Street Widening Project
After years of planning and consideration, the Bank Street Widening Project is officially moving forward in the Findlay Creek community. The scope of this project will cover south of Leitrim Road to Blais Road with an expected closure between Shuttleworth Drive and Blais Road in the first construction season.
This project will:
Expand Bank Street from 2 to 4 lanes.
Add protected design features to signalized intersections.
Enhance streetscaping, implement cycle tracks and sidewalks to support active transportation.
Improve bus shelter locations and loading zones.
Match existing infrastructure with new community growth.
